If you have an unused cellar, loft, garage or shed, consider renting out the space for storage. People need storage for many reasons. moving home, not enough space in the current premises, moving abroad for a few months.
It is much easier if the space has its own access, such as a garage, so that your new clients are not wandering into your house all the time; but it is not essential. Charges would vary on space available, security and your location; but once you have a client it is easy money.
Just be specific to your tenants that they must not store anything illegal/flammable etc in your lovely space.
