read yet even more stuff for money

I love the indexes at the back of books. It means you can skip all the boring bits and search out all the bits you want to read. Saves so much time. Well have you ever wondered how the indexes are created? No i hadn't either. I guessed a clever computer scanned the documents and found the keywords and somehow through its magic recorded what page it was on. But apparently I was wrong.

Even in todays advanced age people go through the entire book and create the indexes themselves.

Pay starts around £20 per hour, but you do need to be able to read, have an eye for detail and not get easily bored.

You can even join the Society of Indexers as a bonus. I bet their Christmas parties are thrilling.
